Individual Therapy
For individual therapy, I meet with a client one-on-one as we work together to process and develop goals to encourage growth. I do my best to create an open and safe environment to explore these areas with them. I work with clients to assist them in having healthy insight into their lives.
Teen Therapy
The teenage years are such a crucial period of time. During this age, teens grow and learn so much about themselves. This process often includes new challenges they have never experienced. Talking openly with a therapist to process everything aloud with can be beneficial.
Adolescents are often learning important social skills, ways to manage their time, how to healthily regulate their emotions, ways to maintain healthy relationships with social media, and other day to day life skills.


Couples Therapy
It is natural and healthy for couples to seek out therapy. Couples therapy is a way to increase healthy communication skills within the relationship, strengthen connections, and create a helpful understanding of the relationship.
